Clinton Savings Bank One Minute Mortgage
After securing new software which enabled potential homeowners the ability to apply for a mortgage online and receive an answer in
just one minute, Clinton Savings Bank called on the agency to establish an identity for The One Minute Mortgage. The campaign launched
to build awareness for the product included a mailer, ads, billboard, and a life-size cutout of the bank president. Placed in each
bank branch lobby, the cutouts included a laser activated recording of the president saying, "Got a minute? We’ve got your mortgage!"
when customers passed by. The efforts resulted in nearly 1,500 applications and more than $38 million in new mortgages granted in six months.
